We are so glad you are interested in joining our family of good friends here at Glenhardie.
New members who join the Club effective October 1, 2019, and pay 2020 dues in full, may enjoy full membership privileges for the remainder of 2019 without having to pay 2019 dues. However, quarterly minimums and monthly capital improvement charges for the remainder of 2019 would still apply.
We offer various types of membership at terrific pricing. Lessons or improvement sessions, as well as a full array of social activities, are always available to you.
All members are subject to food minimums and an annual capital improvement fee.
** Family membership includes children 25 years of age or younger, residing in the primary member’s home.
Full Golf (Single, Couple or Family)
Members have full golfing privileges and full use of the Club facilities, including pool, tennis and dining
Intermediate Golf (Single)
Members are ages 25-30 years old with full golfing privileges and full use of the Club facilities, including pool, tennis and dining.
Senior Golf – For our members 70 years of age + (Single or Couple)
Members may play weekday only (no holidays), tennis, pool and full use of the Clubhouse facilities. Tournament play permitted with payment of applicable greens fee in addition to tournament fee.
*Tournament fees are charged to all participants regardless of membership class.
Pool/Tennis (Single, Couple or Family
Members have full use of the pool, tennis and Clubhouse facilities.
Clubhouse (Single or Couple)
Members have full use of the Clubhouse for dining and entertainment.

CLUBHOUSE DRESS CODE: Glenhardie strives to be a relaxed and inviting club for all members. We have adopted a dress code that is befitting our casual yet professional culture. Please adhere to it. Appropriate country club casual dress is required at all times in all areas. Not permitted: short shorts, muscle shirts, inappropriate t-shirts, sweatshirts, swim attire, etc. Also, all caps and hats worn by men must be removed while in the clubhouse. Jackets are encouraged for gentlemen dining on Saturday Night in the Main Dining Room from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Appropriate denim is permitted in all areas of the Clubhouse at all times. It is every member’s responsibility to inform their guests of the dress code.
GOLF COURSE DRESS CODE
In order to provide a comfortable atmosphere and yet maintain a proper decorum, the following dress code applies:
1) Shorts of “Jamaica” or "Bermuda” length are quite acceptable, but short (tennis or running) shorts are not. “Denim” of any design, length or color is not permitted on the course.
2) Traditional golf shirts with collars and sleeves are required. “T” shirts and “Tank” tops are not considered to be proper attire.
3) Golf shoes must have soft spikes. Sneakers are not allowed.
4) We realize that ladies’ fashions are constantly changing. Therefore our only suggestions regarding tops, shorts, skirts and slacks are that proper and reasonable modesty be maintained. Footwear for ladies to be the same as (3) above.
5) Golf caps or visors, if worn, must be worn with bill facing front.
Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted in the Clubhouse or Pool Area. Smoking is permitted in the following areas ONLY: Immediately outside the Hunt room at the Clubhouse; Immediately behind the Guard Shack at the pool; On the golf course including the horseshoe area and the Clubhouse back porch when it is not otherwise in use.
Members are welcome to bring guests to the Clubhouse anytime. Guests are respectfully limited to 4 visits per calendar year at the Pool and on the Golf Course. Guests must be accompanied by a member
